ELIGIBILTY

AutoCrisis.com Camcorder Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 (EST) on March 19, 2004, and ends at 11:59PM(EST) June 18, 2004.

To enter electronically, access the AutoCrisis.com website by typing http://www.autocrisis.com/sweepstakes.phtml and follow all entry instructions on the screen. Then complete the online entry form.

Alternatively, you may enter by mail, by sending your name, address, phone number, e-mail address (if any), on a 3" x 5" piece of paper addressed to:

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD OR EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated devices not valid for entry. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
To qualify for the drawing, your completed online (electronically submitted) entry, must be received by 11:59 PM (EST), on June 18, 2004. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 18, 2004 and received by June 25, 2004 to be eligible for the drawing.
PRIZE: One (1) Prize: Mini DV Camcorder with Digital Still Camera (value approximately $500), will be awarded to the grand prize winner, who will be selected in a random drawing, to be held no later than July 18, 2004, from among all eligible entries submitted and received. Drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Selection of Prize: Actual model, color, accessories and features of the prize awarded shall be selected by AutoCrisis.com in its sole discretion and may vary from photos used in print, and in electronic and web banner advertising including the AutoCrisis.com web site.

Winner will be notified via e-mail, phone or regular mail, within 60 days of the drawing. Prior to collecting prize, the winner will be obligated to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity Release, and Release of Liability so that said documents are received by AutoCrisis.com, at the return address provided, within fourteen days of mailing same, to winner. In the event that a winner cannot be notified within 5 days after notification attempt, or, if a winner fails to comply with any requirement of these Official Rules, including failure to complete and execute a requested Affidavit, and Release Forms, within 14 days of prize notification, then that winner's prize will be forfeited, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected at random.

Prize will be awarded within approximately 60 days of the drawing.

Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 10 days after delivery of notification will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by a second random drawing from all remaining eligible entries. Prize is not transferable, and may not be used with any other promotional discount. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prize will be permitted. Prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and winner must supply documents to verify his/her identification to collect prize.

Prize is guaranteed to be awarded in accordance with these rules. In the unlikely event prize is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to use of their name, photograph, address, prize won, quotes, email address, or any other contact information supplied to AutoCrisis.com, at time of entry, or other likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotions on behalf or by AutoCrisis.com and its affiliates, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that AutoCrisis.com may contact the entrant via e-mail and other means of communication, with information about goods and services of AutoCrisis.com, and its affiliates.
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia age 18 and older. Employees of AutoCrisis.com ("Sponsor") and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and legally binding, except as required by law. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified.
Sponsor, Awe Enterprises, Inc ( Parent company), any telephone network, and service providers are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions of any kind, lost/delayed or garbled computer and data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any Web site or on-line service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected entries which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize among all eligible entries received as of the termination date. If the Sweepstakes is terminated due to tampering or technical difficulties prior to its expiration date, notice will be posted at the AutoCrisis.com website. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates the Official Rules of the Sweepstakes.

AutoCrisis.com assumes no responsibility for any computer injury or damage related to or resulting from accessing and/or downloading any Sweepstakes material. Rules are subject to any requirements/limitations imposed by the FCC. Winner agrees that AutoCrisis.com, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of their prize. Any and all disputes regarding this Sweepstakes are subject to the laws of the United States and must be resolved within the United States.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THIS WEBSITE IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
