1. Why do I need a U.S Zip Code?
- A 5-digit U.S zip code is required when placing an ad or searching for a car. Visit www.usps.com to find a U.S zip code for your area.

2. How do I add a photo when placing my ad?
- First, you must have a digital photo of the vehicle on your computer hard
drive or disk. If not, go ahead and place your ad now. You can come back
and add a photo later.
- The maximum size must be 800x600 pixels, the resolution 72 dpi, and must be saved as a ".JPG" file.(.jpg, .jpeg)
- File size should be no larger than 100k for each photo.
- On the 'Upload Car Photo' part of Sell Your Car, click on the Browse button.
A 'Choose file' dialogue box will appear. Where it says 'Look in', click
on the drop down arrow, and select the location of your photo ex My Documents,
Desktop.
- Click once on the photo file, and then click on the 'Open' button on the 'Choose file' dialogue box. This will show text in the box next to the 'Browse' box.
- Click on the 'Submit Photo' button, and your photo will show below
- Your photo has now been added to your listing.
- To add more photos, please follow the above process.
- The more photos, the better. Buyers like to see front, side, back, and interior, if possible.

3. How do I add a photo to my existing ad using a disk?
- First, you must have a photo of the vehicle on your computer hard drive
or on a disk. If not, you can take the photo to a local copy center, for
them to scan onto a disk for you. The maximum size must be 800x600 pixels,
the resolution 72 dpi and must be saved as a ".JPG" file.(.jpg, .jpeg)
- File size should be no larger than 100k for each photo.
- Insert the disk containing your photo, into the disk drive of your computer.
- Next, go to www.autocrisis.com and click on 'Edit/Renew my ad' on the home page.
- Enter your email address and password and click 'Login'. Then click on the 'Edit Photo' button.
- On the page that opens up click on the 'Browse' button. A 'Choose file'
dialogue box will appear. Where it says 'Look in', click on the drop down
arrow, and select the disk location. This shows all the files you have on
the disk.
- Click once on the photo file, and then click on the 'Open' button on the 'Choose file' dialogue box. This will show text in the box next to the 'Browse' box.
- Click on the 'Submit Photo' button, and your photo will show below
- Your photo has now been added to your listing.
- The more photos, the better. Buyers like to see front, side, back, and interior, if possible.

5. How do I find my ad on the site?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on the 'Search Make & Model' tab.
- Enter the make, model and year of your vehicle, and put your selling /asking price in both the 'From Price' and 'To Price' boxes. Also, enter the zip code you used when placing your ad, in the 'From Zip' box.
- Then, click on the 'Search' button.
- To save you time, look at the search results within the type of ad that you placed. ex, if you purchased a 'Premium listing', your ad should appear within the Premium listing results section.
- Now, click on your ad. Please remember it takes up to 24 hours from the time you place your ad, for it to post on the site.

6. How do I make changes to my ad?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on 'Edit/Renew my ad' or 'Remove my ad' as appropriate.
- Enter your email address and password. and click on the 'Login' button.
- Double click on your 'Ad ID #' on the page.
- On the AutoCrisis.com Admin page that opens up, click on the 'Edit Ad' button to make the changes you want to your ad.
- Then, click 'Submit changes to listing' when you finish.
- If you don't need to make any further changes at this time, click on the 'Logout' button on the top right of this page.
- Click 'Back to Admin Home Page', if you have another ad to edit.

7. How do I renew my ad?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on 'Edit/Renew my ad'
- Enter your email address and password and click on the 'Login' button.
- Double click on your 'Ad ID #' on the page.
- On the AutoCrisis.com Admin page that opens up, click on the 'Renew Ad' button.

8. How do I delete my ad?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on 'Remove my ad'
- Enter your email address and password and click on the 'Login' button.
- Double click on the 'Ad ID #' on the page.
- On the AutoCrisis.com Admin page that opens up, click on the 'Delete Ad' button.
- Select a 'reason' and click on the 'Delete Vehicle' button.

9. How do I change the Price, Email address or Phone number on my ad?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on the 'Edit/Renew my ad'
- Enter your email address and password and click on the 'Login' button.
- Double click on the 'Ad ID #' on the page.
- On the AutoCrisis.com Admin page that opens up, click on 'Edit Ad'.
- Go ahead and make the changes you want, and click on 'Submit changes to listing'.
- If you do not need to make any further changes at this time, click 'Logout' on the top right of this page.
- Click the 'Back to Admin Home Page', if you have another ad to edit.

10. What if I've lost / forgotten my password?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on the 'Edit/Renew my ad'.
- On the ' page, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.
- Enter the Email address that you used to place your ad.
- Then click 'Login'.
- Check your email inbox immediately to get your new password.

11. How do I send my ad to others?
- First, go to our home page, www.autocrisis.com and click on the 'Search Make & Model' tab.
- Enter the make, model and year of your vehicle, and put your selling /asking price in both of the 'From Price' and 'To Price' boxes. Also, enter the zip code you used when placing your ad, in the 'From Zip' box.
- Then, click on the 'Search' button.
- To save you time, look at the search results within the type of ad that you placed. ex, if you purchased a 'Premium listing', your ad should appear within the Premium listing results section.
- Now, click on your ad to open it up.
- Then, click on the 'Email this page to a friend!' button located at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out the form and click on 'Send' to send your email.
