a car or truck from an individual private seller
Texas
law requires the car or truck seller to disclose to the buyer, the miles the
vehicle has traveled. For each year of age for the vehicle, the typical mileage
is 15,000. Ask the car owner to show you the title to the vehicle. A soiled
or smudged area on the title over the odometer reading may indicate the car
title has been altered. Also, compare the mileage on the title with the vehicle’s
current odometer reading.

or rollover, unreliable odometer, lien holder data, recall information, rental
history, maintenance and accident data. A vehicle report may help you avoid
