An auto insurance Limited Liability is one of the coverages you may need, regardless of whether your car or truck is new or used. "Limited Liabilty Coverage" is normally written as a set of three numbers. An example of this is an auto liability insurance coverage with limits of 25/50/20. This means that the policy has a bodily injury coverage of $25,000 per person, $50,000 bodily injury coverage per accident ( "each occurrence") and $20,000 property damage per accident ("each occurrence")

Most states require you to purchase a minimum amount of certain kinds of auto insurance coverage. But if you're interested in protecting yourself from a lawsuit or from hefty repair bills, then it makes sense to buy more than the minimum coverage required by your state.

That's simply what Auto Insurance Limited Liability coverage is! When you buy a car or truck, plan your insurance purchase, to make sure you're aqeduately covered.
